NALI’s primary focus is to advance the art and science of legal investigation through continuing education on civil and criminal law and technology, providing its members with the tools necessary to protect their clients’ business interests. David W. Luther is a member, Certification Chairperson – Board of Certification, Certified Legal Investigators (NALI) – 2010-2013; Assistant National Director, 2011-2013 Term and National Director, 2013 -2015.
INTELLENET is an exclusive alliance of experienced professional investigators adhering to a code of professional conduct. “Regardless of client needs — regional, national or international –INTELLENET members provide unique services to corporations, law firms, families, individuals and foreign allies.” David W. Luther is a member of Intellenet.
TAVTI was formed in 1975 by a group of law enforcement officers from Texas concerned with the rising volume of vehicle thefts and the associated financial loss. They decided to form an organization dedicated to addressing the crime of vehicle theft. Soon thereafter, the by-laws were adopted and the State of Texas established a charter for TAVTI. David W. Luther is the Past President and Life Member of the Texas Association of Vehicle Theft Investigators.

The Waller Area Chamber is the organization that unfies the public spirit of the community and brings people and businesses together to do important and meaningful projects for the local economy.
