In today’s business world, companies come and go. Investigative companies are no different. Many are only in business for a short period of time and then they dissolve. Luther Investigations has been around since 1989 and thanks to our loyal clients we have hit many milestones. The most important achievement is our stellar reputation, dedication to clients, and integrity. We do what we say we’ll do.
2016 – Luther Investigations LLC launched a new website reaffirming their commitment to serving the investigative needs of Texas lawyers.
2015 – Opened additional offices in Hempstead, Texas to also serve rural area attorneys.
2013 – David Luther was elected National Director of National Association of Legal Investigators, where he served two one-year terms.
2011 – David Luther was elected Assistant National Director, National Association of Legal Investigators, where he served two one-year terms.
2009 – Luther Investigations, LLC opens their second office in Conroe, Texas to support growing demand for criminal defense investigations from Montgomery County attorneys.
2008 – David Luther is appointed Certification Chairperson, Certified Legal Investigator Program of the National Association of Legal Investigators. This position is responsible for all administration and testing associated with the program. David served continuously until 2013.
2007 – Luther Investigations, LLC was granted membership into INTELLENET, a prestigious, international investigator’s association where membership is granted only upon recommendation of existing members and successful completion of robust vetting process.
2005 – Luther Investigations, LLC moves into larger offices at 21175 Tomball Parkway, Houston, Texas.
2004 – Luther Investigations, LLC was formed.
2004 – Luther Investigations, LLC website www.lutherinvestgations.com is launched.
2003 – David Luther was elected Vice-President and Member of the Board of Directors for Waller Area Chamber of Commerce.
2003 – David Luther was appointed Member of Board of Directors for Waller Economic Development Corp.
2003 – David Luther accepts position as Vice-President/Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors of the Samaritan Alliance, Inc., a non-profit, faith-based charity organization.
2002 – David Luther is elected Republican nominee for Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, Waller County.
2002 – David Luther is appointed Chairperson, Government Affairs Committee for the Waller Area Chamber of Commerce.
2001 – David Luther was elected as Vice-President/Corporate Secretary and Member of the Board of Directors of WCNet, Inc. a non-profit corporation responsible for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a wireless high-speed network delivering Internet to underserved rural populations. David resigned from Board in 2007.
1999 – David Luther completes second and final term as Regional Director for Region IV of National Association of Legal Investigators.
1999- Luther Investigations, LLC relocated to 2410 Main St, Waller, Texas.
1997 – David W. Luther, Legal Investigator expands to larger office space at 2835 N Main St. Stafford Texas.
1997 – David Luther elected to first term as Regional Director for the National Association of Legal Investigators.
1995 – David Luther earns the Certified Legal Investigator designation through testing in New Orleans, LA. This national certification is granted by the National Association of Legal Investigators for recognizing his knowledge and skills in legal investigation. The certification is granted after an extensive, day-long examination, which is comprised of a white paper, written test, peer review, and ethics examination. Of 30 applicants only five successfully passed the examination.
1995 – David Luther leaves shared offices and establishes David W. Luther, Legal Investigator as a solo practice in Stafford, Texas.
1993 – Gradoni and Luther partnership is dissolved due to substantial ethical and business disagreements. Both partners form individual companies, but continue operations in leased space.
1992 – Gradoni and Luther is named one of this year’s fastest growing companies by the Greater Houston Partnership. The award designating the firm as one of Houston’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies and was presented the award at a luncheon in the Galleria area. The business has grown from a two-man startup in 1990 to a firm employing nine full-time investigators and support staff, and annual revenues of over half a million dollars.
1990 – The firm rents a larger suite of offices to provide additional office space for newly hired employees and their expanding business.
1989 – James Gradoni, and David Luther formed Gradoni and Luther, an investigations company, serving clients in the Houston area and across Texas.
